Chania Rock Festival happy to announce the headliners of Sunday, July 28th, the VILLAGERS OF IOANNINA CITY!!

Their lyrics and melodies broke all musical boundaries in Greece and became a slogan and a memory for their thousands of fans who fill every live venue.

Their record "RIZA" gained amazing acceptance, starting a domino of sold out shows in Greece and Europe. 
It was followed by the sensational "Age of Aquarius" which found the band more mature, 
to express their progressive rock influences in their unique sound color that hides heavy rock, Black Sabbath, but also the Greek musical tradition.

The Villagers of Ioannina City are coming to Chania for an exclusive show in Crete, having already completed a large and successful European tour.
